With her eight year tenure as Client Operations Manager, Holly is is responsible for monitoring and coordination of all implementation, design and recommendations of specific fiduciary best practices and compliance for your retirement plan, including all vendor interaction and recording all fiduciary records in your Client LockBox. She has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Retirement Plan Administration, and New Business Implementation Management. She graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree in Finance. Holly's vast experience includes management and administration of daily processing for 403(b), 401(k), profit sharing, money purchase pension plans, and Non-Qualified retirement plans including 457(b) and 457(f) plans. Holly is responsible for the management of all client operations as well as quarterly report preparation, vendor/client liaison, issue resolution, with special emphasis on client relationship management employing proactive fiduciary due diligence assistance. Holly has earned her Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from NAPA.
